SHANDRA SADDLER - PERSONAL TRAINER -

I studied health and exercise at MWSU. I am incredibly passionate about helping others create a sustainable fitness program and diet that becomes a lifestyle. I am very experienced and knowledgeable with creating macros for very different personalized diets. I have a heavy background in cheerleading and gymnastics. Resistance training is one of my favorite training methods and I love to incorporate gymnastics conditioning and flexibility training in to my workouts. My foundation is built on a positive and encouraging support system alongside setting constant small goals. Outside of training and gymnastics, I am an avid gardner, gamer, and an animal rescuer. Always remember, PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION.

My name is Dexter Klier, and physical fitness has always been something I have been very passionate about. I was raised in the gym by my father, and he has instilled in me the drive and importance of staying active and fit. Being a personal trainer has always been something I have wanted to do, and I can't wait to start helping others achieve and maintain their goals.

I was raised here in Neosho, MO and I am a graduate from Neosho High School where I was a multi-sport athlete. Competing in volleyball, soccer, and track & field. With that being said, I started training in a gym at young age. I then furthered my education with a degree in Health Science from ASU. Throughout the years of being an athlete and learning from different coaches and educators my knowledge and passion for this lifestyle has grown in many ways. I am grateful for the way I was taught to strengthen and fuel my body and I am happy to be guiding others to do the same. My biggest goal is to help others build the life they want to live. Whether you need weight loss, muscle growth, athletic performance, or just a solid foundation to get started and comfortable in the gym. I will be here to encourage and challenge you. I have been a personal trainer since Aug of 2021, working with all ages, backgrounds, and goals. I offer 1 on 1, small group sessions, and sports specific training.

David Roark - PERSONAL TRAINER -

David is now accepting Personal Training clients at our Carthage location!

David was in the military for four years and he is a Sergeant. He’s been powerlifting for years, and did a couple competitions while in the Marines. He was also an assistant coach for powerlifting at McDonald County high school.

Brandon Krause - PERSONAL TRAINER -

I am a graduate of Chetopa High School, where I excelled as a multi-sport athlete, competing in football, basketball, baseball, and track & field. I was very active and passionate about playing sports, and I knew early on that I wanted to pursue a career in this field. To further my education, I enrolled in the ISSA Personal Training Course. Over the years, through playing sports and working with various coaches, my knowledge and passion for this lifestyle have grown exponentially.

My primary goal is to assist others in building the life they aspire to live. Whether you aim for weight loss, muscle growth, improved athletic performance, or simply desire a solid foundation to feel comfortable in the gym and in your own skin, I am dedicated to supporting and challenging you. I offer personalized one-on-one sessions, small group training, as well as online coaching.

Heather Frost - PERSONAL TRAINER -

My name is Heather Frost and i have been a personal trainer for 8 years. I am a wife, mother of two high school boys and dog mom as well.  Prior to becoming a personal trainer I was in marketing. I started my own fitness journey with weight loss and bodybuilding not long before I decided i wanted to help other people see that anything or any goal is possible if they just set their mind to it. I began my own journey because i wanted to live a long, healthy life for my two boys. My goal was to lose 100 pounds all together and do a bodybuilding show competing in figure class. I did just that. My favorite saying is "never say never" and I believe no goal is too big. If you can dream it..you can do it. I have been where others are when they are unhappy with themselves and needing to make a change for their health. It becomes a lifestyle and it is so rewarding! I have helped many people of all ages with all different goals!
