My passion for health and wellness ignited while I was a 911 dispatcher for Newton County. Often I would find myself not eating enough food or eating too much foods that just weren't good for my health. I ran 12 hour days on caffeine, minimum sleep and a poor diet. Not to mention I didn't exercise. After having a one on one meeting with myself, I knew things needed to change! Health and wellness are now a priority in my everyday life and yes life is hectic, but I promise you there is always a way!

I studied health and exercise at MWSU. I am incredibly passionate about helping others create a sustainable fitness program and diet that becomes a lifestyle. I am very experienced and knowledgeable with creating macros for very different personalized diets. I have a heavy background in cheerleading and gymnastics. Resistance training is one of my favorite training methods and I love to incorporate gymnastics conditioning and flexibility training in to my workouts. My foundation is built on a positive and encouraging support system alongside setting constant small goals. Outside of training and gymnastics, I am an avid gardner, gamer, and an animal rescuer. Always remember, PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION.

My name is Matt Hay. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2005. I’ve trained and competed in the amateur Powerlifting and Strongman sports for years, qualifying for Strongman Nationals 3 times. I hold certifications as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Online.
Whether your goals are to just improve your overall strength and performance, or dabble in different strength sports, I will do what I can to help you on your fitness journey.

My name is Dexter Klier, and physical fitness has always been something I have been very passionate about. I was raised in the gym by my father, and he has instilled in me the drive and importance of staying active and fit. Being a personal trainer has always been something I have wanted to do, and I can't wait to start helping others achieve and maintain their goals.
