About Rise Fitness Center

I am from a little town in southwest Missouri called Seneca, Missouri. I moved to Neosho my freshman year of highschool and have loved the community ever since. I have been an athlete since I was about 8 years old and have always loved the competitiveness within ourselves to become the best version of you everyday. I joined the Navy back in 2005 and was stationed in Norfolk, VA. When I came back home from the military I enrolled at MSSU to become a secondary education mathematics teacher. I know, YUCK. lol While going back to school I fell back in love with working out and the entire process. About 2 years later I ended up becoming an entrepreneur with good success and failures. I opened my first RISE FITNESS in my hometown Neosho, MO in February of 2019. I have literally loved every minute of it. I love watching the journey that each one of our members go on after they join our family. I look forward to seeing you at one of our locations and appreciate your business more than you know.

Working out has always been a passion of mine. It’s a great stress relief and allows an escape from all of lifes troubles for a period of time each day. The opportunity to own my own gym has always been a dream of mine and the ability to share my passion of weights and fitness training with others. When the opportunity to partner with Brian Lawson on expanding his Rise Fitness gym’s presented itself I jumped on board with little convincing. I am excited to see where this goes. Brian and I share the same customer service and drive needed to make a business like this be successful.

What sets Rise Fitness apart from other gyms is the all-inclusive business model. Not all gyms offer some of the amenities like unlimited tanning, saunas in each locker room, full locker rooms, Zumba, Yoga and HITT classes all with 24 hr access. We also have the best cardio and fitness equipment on the market. We strive to create a clean, easy-going atmosphere where you can be comfortable working out without worry of being judged by others.
